ACCOMMODATION:
Dorm room at the Academy: $60/room for 3 nights no bedding (two single beds); an additional $50/person for bedding and towels
Camp spots at the Academy: $20 for 3 nights; no water and no electricity
Camp spots at the Academy: $50 for 3 nights; with water, electricity, and no sewer
If you prefer to stay in a local hotel: Bozeman has approximately 2000 motel rooms all of which are 10 minutes or less away from the Academy. Check the internet for best rates for your preferred hotel. Hotels available in the area include: Ramada, Fairfield, Best Western, Holiday Inn, Microtel, C'mon Inn, Hampton Inn, Wingate by Wyndham, Comfort Inn, Days Inn, Residence Inn by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, etc. Remember Bozeman is a prime tourist destination near Yellowstone National Park and the reunion is in high season so reserve your hotel early.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY FEES: golf (green fees); fly fishing ($100 per person for guide and equipment rental); rock climbing (equipment rental)

Dear Family,
Sometimes an idea is great but the timing is
wrong. Regrettably, that's happened with this year's family reunion scheduled to be held in the Kelowna area of British Columbia. As most of you know, the Melnechuk
family has been hit hard recently. There have been
funerals and a number of major illnesses, injuries
and life changes. After a lot of discussion, those
of us planning the reunion concluded the timing isn't
right for an organized family event this year. When
we have a reunion (hopefully in the next few years),
we'd like it to be a time where the majority of people
can come and enjoy our time together. Please pass this
information along to everyone as soon as possible.
